CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.18414 of 2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of a certiorari to quash award, dated 15.12.2012, in P.L.No.126 of 2012 on the file of the Lok Adalat at Kavali.

At the hearing, Ms.N.Vanisree, learned counsel representing Mr.Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.22482 and 22483 of 2017 stand dismissed as infructuous.
