SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.596 OF 2018 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, this Court, in Criminal Petition No.11038 of 2017, which was filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.187 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Piler Police Station, Chittoor district, directed the Investigating Officer not to arrest the petitioners, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
