It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 19.12.2007 in W.P.M.P.No.35685 of 2007, the petitioner continued at the same place in terms of the impugned Memo, dated 10.12.2007 and the petitioner also retired from service. Therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.
