This writ petition is filed seeking to direct respondents Nos.2 to 4 to take action for removal of statue, platform and other construction material placed by the 5th respondent in the property of the petitioner. 2.

When this matter has come up for hearing, it is submitted on behalf of the respondents that the statue and the material, which were placed in the property of the petitioner, were already removed. 3.

Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
