Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The present Criminal Revision Case is filed seeking to set aside the order dated 07.01.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.2675 of 2013 in CC.No.270 of 2012 passed by the VIII Special Magistrate, Hyderabad.

During the course of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that CC.No.270 of 2012 itself was dismissed for non-prosecution.

In view of the said submission, this Court is of the opinion that no cause would survive in the Criminal Revision Case. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application, if CC.No.270 of 2012 is restored to file.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
