THE HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE D.NAGARJUN CRIMINAL PETITION No.561 of 2019 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No.341 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mancherial, registered for the offence under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code, against the petitioner/accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner by name Sri Shake Saidulu, who filed this petition, is no more. Since the petitioner died, the cause of action does not survive.

In view of the above submission, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed as abated.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as abated.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
