CVNR,J & MSKJ,J WP.18855 of 2017 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY & THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K.JAI SWAL WRI T PETI TI ON No.18855 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents to produce the detenues (1) R.Lakshman Kumar, S/o.late R.Krishna, aged about 33 yrs., resident of H.No.2-61/2, Fathenagar, Hyderabad, (2) E.Tirupathaiah, S/o.Narayana, aged about 60 yrs., resident of Pagidala village and mandal, Kurnool District, and (3) G.Manohar, S/o.G.Maddileti, aged about 30 yrs., resident of near Gayathri Hospital, behind RTC Bus-Stand, Kurnool before this Hon'ble Court and set them at liberty in the interest of justice."

At the hearing, Ms.P.Srilatha, representing Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the alleged detenues have been released from custody by the police, and that therefore, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In the light of the above submission, which is placed on record, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
