HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 2152 OF 2019 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioners have come up with the above writ petition challenging the action of the respondent-bank in seeking to evict them from their residential premises.

Today, Mr.G.Vasantha Rayudu, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the bank has filed a Memo before the Debts Recovery Tribunal seeking to withdraw the proceedings against the petitioners. Therefore, he stated that the writ petition may be closed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
