PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, (AP) The Court made the following Order:
"These petitions are filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who are A1 to A3, in Crime No.12 of 2018 on the file of Hanuman Junction Police Station, Krishna District District. The offences alleged are under Sections 420, 477-A r/w 34 IPC.
2.
Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations against these petitioners are that A1 and A2 issued cultivation certificates to some people, who have no lands and that an explanation was given by the petitioners stating that such mistake occurred due to pressure of work in issuing certificates and the allegation against A3 is that he is a person who purchased the paddy basing on the certificates issued by A1 and A2. 4.
A perusal of the report shows that the petitioners 1 and 2 gave such explanation. 5.
Hence, considering the said fact, this court opines that this is a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.
6.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petitions are allowed. The petitioners/ A1 to A3 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Hanuman Junction Police Station, Krishna District, within 15 days from the date of this order.
