Ms.P.Bhargavi, learned counsel representing Sri P.V.Vamshidhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court and as such, no cause survives for adjudication in this Criminal Revision Case and therefore the Criminal Revision Case may be dismissed as infructuous.
