ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondents Mr R. Vinod Reddy.

In this writ petition, petitioner claims to be owner and possessor of house bearing No. 7-1-621/247, Sanjeevreddy Nagar, Ameerpet, Hyderabad and alleges that respondents are trying to disconnect power supply to his house for supply connection S.No.A2002084-USC No. 100026651.

Reading of the affidavit and material on record would disclose that petitioner apprehends that respondents are attempting to disconnect power supply to his house on the instructions of third parties who are not made as parties in this writ petition. 4.

According to instructions furnished to learned standing counsel, respondents are not disconnecting the power supply. Further, as long as the person is in occupation, no power supply can be disconnected without notice, even if a request is made for disconnection of power supply by any other person other than the person in occupation. Thus, as of now, there is no cause of action for petitioner to institute the writ petition. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed.
