OFFICE NOTE 10.04.2026 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2026 This application is filed by the petitioner to grant permission to the petitioner/accused No.5 to travel abroad for a specified period from 15.04.2026 to 24.04.2026 in view of the condition imposed in Crl.P.No.744 of 2026.

While granting bail, this Court has imposed Condition No.ii i.e. the petitioner shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 482(2) of the BNS, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is only a Nominal Director and she is no way connected with the alleged crime and she was invited by the Foundations of Conversational Leadership Program and she already agreed for the same before filing the bail petition before this Court and she has to travel to abroad for a period of one week i.e. from 15.04.2026 to 24.04.2026.

Hence, he requested this Court to permit the petitioner with appropriate condition to travel abroad.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor

opposed the same stating that, if she is permitted to travel aboard, there is every chance of not cooperating with the investigating authority. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the document filed by the petitioner, this interlocutory application is allowed permitting the petitioner to travel abroad from 15.04.2026 to 24.04.2026 on her executing a personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties before the concerned Court.
