THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRI T PETI TI ON No. 1724 of 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri P. Gokul, learned counsel representing Sri Mummaneni Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies before the proper forum in accordance with law Sri Venkata Raghu Ramulu, learned counsel for the Central Bank of India, would however inform this Court that the subject loan account in relation to which proceedings were initiated under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, has already been settled.

In any event, as the learned counsel for the petitioner is desirous of withdrawing the writ petition, we see no grounds to go into the merits of the matter.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated. Interim order dated 23.01.2018 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
