District Collector, Sangareddy District Sangareddy Respondents WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate SRI CH RAVI KUMAR presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of mandamus declaring the actron of the 2nd respondent in unilaterally cancelling the contract of the petitioner and directing to pay the 2nd and 3rd quarterly installments without considering the representations of the petitioner on the impact of COVID-l9 pandemic and resultant lockdown conditions on the collection of tax and management of vegetable market in Andhole-Jogipet municipality as illegal, unconstitutiona I and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the resolution No.
38 d|.2811112020 communicated through notice No.753/2020 dt.0711212020 and direct the respondent authorities to consider the representations of the petitioner dtj511212020, 2111212020 and 2811212020 for waiving off the alleged due amount and issuing a no-due certificate with regard to management of vegetable market in Andhole-Jogipet municipality for the year 2020-21 , AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed hereln and upon hearing the arguments of Sri CH RAVI KUMAR Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 2 respondent to allow the petitioner to participate in the auction process for the year 2021-22 for the management of Thybazar (vegetable market) in Andhole-Jogipet municipality, while suspending the notice No.753/2020 dt. 0711212020, pending disposal of WP No. 2451 of 2021 , on the file of the High Court.
