Learned standing counsel filed written instructions and submitted that the unfilled vacancy of notification dated 02.06.2017 pertains to B.C. (A) Woman Category. But the petitioner belongs to B.C. (B) General Category. Therefore, the petitioner is not eligible for the said vacancy and prayed to dismiss the Writ Petition.
