ORDER

The present criminal revision case is directed against the docket order dated 22.12.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5223 of 2015 in Cr.No.198 of 2015 on the file of III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupati, Chittoor District.

2. Heard and perused the material on record.

3. By order dated 15.12.2015, the Court below, while granting bail to the petitioner, who is A3 in Cr.No.198 of 2015 of M.R.Palli Police Station, Tirupati District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471, 120-B read with Section 34 IPC, imposed a condition to appear before the Station House Officer on every Wednesday between 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM., till filing of the charge sheet or two months. Seeking to modify the said condition, he filed the impugned application. By the order impugned, the Court below returned the same questioning the maintainability of the said application. Challenging the same, the present revision is filed.

4. The grievance of the petitioner herein is that because of the condition imposed by the Court below, the concerned Station House Officer is continuously harassing him to register another crime against him and his family members.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to appear before the trial Court.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of with the following direction;

The order dated 15.12.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.5056 of 2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Court which granted the bail on all working days for a period of one month.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
