Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Having considered the grounds urged and the submissions made, the time granted by this Court to the petitioner to surrendering before the SHO, L.B. Nagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, stands extended. That being so, the petitioner shall surrender before the SHO, L.B. Nagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, on or before 18.03.2026.

In view thereof, this Interlocutory Application is allowed.
