THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY M.A.C.M.A.No.1528 of 2015 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act challenging the award and decree dated 28.01.2015 in M.V.O.P.No.566 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - I Additional District Judge, Kurnool.

When the matter is coming up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and he also filed letter dated 23.02.2017 before the Registry, to that effect. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
