Bhosale) Mr. Jalli Kanakaiah, learned counsel holding for Mr. Jalli Narendar, advocate on record for appellant, does not press this appeal and submits that appellant would be satisfied if the order of learned Single Judge is implemented by the concerned authorities in letter and spirit.

We have perused the impugned order. Order impugned is absolutely clear and we do not find it necessary to issue further directions. We hope and trust that the concerned authorities shall read the order properly and act accordingly.
