HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32100 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that he was suspended by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings No.A3/3950/2015, dated 26.11.2015; and that even after lapse of two years he is continuing under suspension. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the Government issued G.O.Ms.No.86, dated 18.03.1994 providing guidelines for review of suspension orders, the respondent authorities are not considering the petitioner's case. Aggrieved by the same present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the competent authority is directed to review the suspension of the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.86, dated 08.03.1994, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
