THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16933 of 2015 O R D E R:

Petitioner had obtained a decree for Perpetual Injunction against the 4th respondent and others restraining them from interfering with his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property admeasuring 30 cents in survey No.325/5 of Panagal survey Group, TMV Kandriga Village, Sikalahasti Mandal, Chittoor District.

Petitioner contends that in spite of requesting the police for police aid for enforcement of the said order, the 3rd respondent is not taking any action.

The Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3 states that the respondents are ready to provide police protection to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to grant police aid to the petitioner for implementing the decree dt.30.11.2012 in O.S.No.36 of 2005 of the Principal Junior civil Judge, Srikalahasti in respect of the above land. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
