HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.130 of 2020 ORDER:

This revision is directed against the order dated 18.01.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.206 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.176 of 2019 on the file of II Additional Sessions Judge, Nalgonda at Suryapet, wherein the petition filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 389(1) Cr.P.C., was allowed suspending the sentence of imprisonment and directed him to deposit 50% of the compensation before the trial Court on or before 10.02.2020.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 2nd respondent-State. 3.

By the order impugned, the Court below, while suspending the sentence of imprisonment, imposed the aforesaid condition. However, in view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the order of the Court below is modified directing the petitioner/accused to deposit 1/3rd of the compensation instead of 50% before the trial Court, within four weeks from today. 4.

With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision, shall stand closed.
