S. Kumar, S/o. Late Somaiah, Aged about 40 years, Occ: Unemployee, R/o.4-7-60, Pchamma Basti, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District .. Petitioner And The State of Telangana, rep., by its Principal Secretary, Energy Department, Telangana Secretariat, Hyderabad and others .. Respondents The Court made the following:

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.14166 OF 2017 ORDER:

Father of the petitioner died on 28.02.2000, while he was in service. Claiming appointment on compassionate grounds, petitioner seems to be pursuing the matter and alleging that there is no response to his grievance, this Writ Petition is filed. Earlier, petitioner seems to have filed W.P.No.8465 of 2006 and the same was dismissed for non-prosecution on 17.08.2016. Claiming identical relief, this Writ Petition is filed. 2.

Having regard to the fact that petitioner already filed Writ Petition in the year 2006 claiming appointment on compassionate grounds, which was already dismissed, this Writ Petition is not maintainable and the same is liable to be dismissed. 3.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
