This petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the docket order, dated 04.01.2018 in C.C.No.698 of 2014 on the file of the Special Judl. Magistrate of I Class for Prohibition and Excise, Guntur. 2.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the case is posted for arguments. Under these circumstances, the learned Magistrate concerned is directed to dispose of the case within one month from the date of this order. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
