Counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to make an application to the respondents for grant of quarry lease and then approach this court, if the said application is not favorably considered by the respondents.

Granting the liberty as sought for, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
