There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The office has put up a note to the effect that on 08.02.2019 this Court passed the following order:

"Office to convert the writ petition into Civil Revision Petition and list the matter before the appropriate Court having roster.

Petitioner shall also take steps by filing necessary application."

It is also further mentioned that learned counsel for the petitioner did not turn up to the section to receive the papers for compliance of the orders of this Court dated 08.02.2019, though a notice dated 11.02.2019 was also displayed in the Notice Board. 3.

From the office note, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter diligently. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
