THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.2191 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission. 2.

The petitioner, who was appointed as Police Constable in Khammam District, was attached to the Railway Police, Secunderabad. Being aggrieved by the impugned order, dated 16.01.2017, wherein the petitioner is now transferred to Bhadrachalam District, he filed the present Writ Petition. 3.

Though several grounds are urged against the said transfer, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the son and daughter of the petitioner are prosecuting X Class and Intermediate II year, respectively, in Hyderabad and the petitioner would be satisfied, if he is allowed to continue at Secunderabad Railway Police till the completion of the academic year of his children. 4.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities not to give effect to the impugned order till the end of the academic year, subject to the petitioner filing a representation within a period of one week from today before the Superintendent of Police, Railway Police, Secunderabad, informing him that he would get relieved immediately after completion of the academic year of his children. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
