HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 12482 of 2009 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Ms.Trupthi Agarwal, learned counsel holding for Mrs.S.Nanda, Advocate on record for the petitioners, seeks adjournment. This writ petition was filed in 2009. The petitioners seek direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to initiate action against respondent No.6 for cancellation of permission accorded to him, dated 04.03.2009, for quarrying in Survey No.666 (Government land) at Ramaraopally, Ramagundam Mandal, Karimnagar District. Respondent Nos.3 and filed counter-affidavit, dated 11.08.2009, clearly stating therein that they have not granted any quarry lease in Survey No.666 in favour of respondent No.

6 and that he is not carrying out any quarry operations in this survey number. Though counter-affidavit was served on the petitioners, till this date, they have not filed reply to the same. In view of the statements made on affidavit by the respondents, we are not inclined to grant adjournment as prayed for or even to keep this petition pending any further.

We dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petition if the statements made on affidavit by respondent

Nos.3 and 4 are either incorrect or false.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
