HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9755 & 9756 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.9035 of 2017 ORDER:
The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of C.C.No.417 of 2014 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mahila Court, Hyderabad, which is outcome of crime No.119 of 2014 of Women Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A & 406 IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.
In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
