HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.316 of 2014 ORDER:

1. This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.21156 of 2013 dated 22.08.2013.

2. This Court passed an order directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner as per merit. In pursuance of the said order, an order was passed by the respondents on 02.02.2015 rejecting the case of the petitioner. The main writ petition is pending. In the circumstances, this Court finds no ground to proceed with the contempt case.

3. The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
