HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 in/and Criminal Petition No.582 of 2019 ORDER :
The petitioners 1 to 3 are the A.1 to A.3 in C.C.No.993 of 2017 on the file of the XXI Metropolitan Magistrate at Cyberabad, Atwelly outcome of Cr.No.114 of 2017 of Alwal Police Station, registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.498-A, IPC and u/ sec.3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act on the report of the 2nd respondent/ defacto-complainant none other than the wife of the 1st petitioner/ A.1, daughter-in-law of A.2 and A.3. The petitioners as well as the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 to compromise the matter and compound the offences. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences.
In the result, the I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing proceedings against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3, C.C.No.993 of 2017 on the file of the XXI Metropolitan Magistrate at Cyberabad, Atwelly. The petitioners are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
