Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner vide No.B2/1086/2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law after issuing notices to the petitioner and unofficial respondents. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
