ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned government pleader for Revenue.

2. Petitioner states that he purchased the property to an extent of Ac.0-50 cents in D.No.60/A2 in Jonnalagadda Village of Narsaraopeta Mandal, Guntur District from one Namburi Seshamma, W/o.Chinna Nasab Das for a valid consideration immediately on the same day he got executed a registered sale deed vide document No.9321/2014 dated 04.09.2014. Petitioner has applied for issuance of pattadar passbook on 18.01.2015 and 18.04.2015 in the prescribed proforma. Alleging inaction, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Since petitioner states that he has filed application under prescribed proforma under Form 6A, I deem it appropriate to direct the fourth respondent to consider the said application, on its own merits, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ VILAS V.
