HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8044 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the proceedings in FIR No.35 of 2017 of Talamadugu PS, Adilabad district which was registered for the offence under Section 420 IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 13.03.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Talamadugu PS, Adilabad District and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed on 26.08.2017 before Judicial First Class Magistrate, Adilabad and CC No. is awaited and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.35 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) Learned counsel for petitioner is present.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
