This Criminal Appeal arises out of judgment, dated 30.04.2010, in S.C.No.337 of 2009, on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Nizamabad, whereby the appellants were convicted for the offence under Section 302 IPC and sentenced to imprisonment for life.

At the hearing, Mr.C.Pratap Reddy, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, on instructions, submitted that the appellants were given remission according to the rules/executive instructions of the State; that they have already been released and that therefore, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submissions of the learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
