Heard learned counsel for the petitioners of Crime No.43 of 2017 on the file of Pedanandipadu Police Station, Guntur District and also the learned public prosecutor representing the 1st respondent - State, before ordering notice to the 2nd respondent- defacto complainant.

There is nothing to interdict the investigation. Hence, this criminal petition is disposed of. The entitlement of bail and the concession of they are ladies is a matter to be urged before the court where the bail application to be moved and premature for this Court to go into the merits. 3.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
