HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.586 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.810 of 2018 on the file of Pet-Basheerabad Police Station, Cyberabad. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 13.8.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Pet-Basheerabad Police Station, Cyberabad, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned XXII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, vide P.R.C.No.9 of 2019. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
