This is an application for transfer of C.C.No.352 of 2012 from the Court of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad to the Court of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner in the light of the pleadings on record.

The plea of the petitioner is that the petitioner is unemployed, that she is staying with her parents at Visakhapatnam being a dependant and that she is unable to bear the travelling expenses to attend the case at Hyderabad.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is residing with her parents at Visakhapatnam, it is required that C.C.No.352 of 2012 from the Court of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, to be transferred to the Court of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam.

In the result, the Transfer Criminal Petition is allowed transferring C.C.No.352 of 2012 from the Court of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad to the Court of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam.
