THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 3295 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners precisely in this writ petition is that though they submitted an application in Form-VI(A) on 29.03.2012 for issue of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the lands in an extent of Ac.6-31 gts, Ac.6-32 gts., Ac.6-32 gts in Survey No.400/33 of Jaggaram village, Khammam district, the 4th respondent has not acted upon their application till date.

2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.37635 of 2014 and batch.

3. This Court, by a Common Order dated 12.12.2014, disposed of the W.P.No.37635 of 2014 and batch, observing as follows: "The petitioners have submitted the Applications in Form VI (A) on 15.07.2013 to the recording authority, the Tahsildar, Varadaiahpalem Mandal, the 4t h respondent herein. Therefore, the 4th respondent shall deal with the Applications of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, within a maximum period of three months, at any rate, before the end of March, 2015."

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioners' application in Form VI (A) submitted on 29.03.2012 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of three months, at any rate, before the end of May, 2015. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
