HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13893 of 2017 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent initiated proceedings vide SR.No.19/2004 against the petitioner under the provisions of A.P.Scheduled Area Land Transfer Regulation 1/1959 as amended Regulation 1/1970, on the complaint of the 4th respondent; and that after enquiry the said proceedings were dropped by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings dated 18.12.2004. Against the same, the 4th respondent filed appeal before the 2nd respondent and the same was allowed by order dated 13.11.2016. Against the said order the petitioner filed statutory revision before the 1st respondent along with stay petition, but no order are passed till today. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare.
Since it is stated that the statutory revision along with stay petition filed by the petitioner is pending before the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the stay petition/revision, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy
of this order. Till disposal of revision, the petitioner shall not be dispossessed from the subject land.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
