ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not declaring the results of interviews held on 20.01.2009 for fair price shop No.52 of Lakshmipuram and not considering the candidature of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Mr.K.Ratna Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.

Having regard to the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.4846 of 2009 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
