HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1611 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner - plaintiff, challenging the order, dated 03.02.2016, passed in I.A. No.2283 of 2015 in O.S. No.791 of 2010, by the learned Special Judge for trial of the Scheduled Castes and the Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act - cum - VII Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, whereby the petition filed under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking to send Ex.A-8 - agreement of sale, dated 12.08.2009, to the Forensic Science Laboratory for expert's opinion, was dismissed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court, the original suit bearing No.791 of 2010, itself was dismissed with costs by the trial Court on 16.08.2017 thereby no further adjudication needs to be necessary.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
