ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of 3rd respondent in registering the cancellation of gift settlement deed bearing document No.823/2007 dated 16.03.2007. However, in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it is stated that the petitioner later realized and changed her decision and again her mother executed a gift deed on 06.02.2008, which was registered as document No.346/2008. In view of the same, no further orders are required in the present writ petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
