'/ HON'BLE SRT WSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY CML REVISION PETITION No.323 of 2o25 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking to direct the I Additiona-l Junior Civil Judge-cum-Special Judicial Magistrate of First C1ass Court, Medak District, (for short, 'trial Court') to expedite the disposal of I.A.No.722 of 2023 and O.S.No.S49 of 2O22. 2.

It is stated that O.S.No.549 of 2022 was liied by' the petitioner/plaintiff against the respondents/defendants seeking perpetual injunction along with 1.A.No.722 of 2023 and the same are pending for consideration before the trial Court. It is further stated that the respondents f ed written statement in the suit. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after the \ t pleadings are complete, the trial Court is not taking up the matter for disposal. The further grievance of the petitioner is that the third parties are not coming forward to purchase the I I suit schedule property and thus, 1.A.No.722 of 2023 ard O.S.No.549 of 2022 are required to be disposed of expeditiously so as to enable him to meet the expenditure for medical necessities.

In view of the above, since the limited prayer made by the petitioner is the early disposal of 1.A.No.722 of 2023 and O.S.No.549 of 2022 pending before the trial Court and since the .pleadings are complete, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, deems it appropriate to direct the trial Court to dispose of 1.A.No.722 of 2023 and O.S.No.S49 of 2022, after giving due opportunity to both the parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight (08) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
