SMT. JUSTICE T. RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.9200 OF 2011 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the order, dated 24.09.2011, passed by the Mandal Executive Magistrate and Tahsildar, Ongole, in M.C. No.40 of 2011 which directed the petitioner to remove the Tent for not causing inconvenience and nuisance to the public.

2. The tent was erected by the petitioner in order to carry on hunger strike. The Tahsildar, considering that the same would cause obstruction, directed the petitioner to remove the tent. The said order was passed way back in the year 2011. Hence, the cause, in this petition, does not any longer survive.

3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present Criminal Petition stand closed.
