JAISWAL Writ Petition No.1810 of 2018 Order: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Both Sri P.Srinivasulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri G. Seena Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh Education & Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation (APEWIDC), would submit that, in the light of the order passed by the Managing Director of the APEWIDC, dated 29.1.2018, the cause in the Writ petition does not survive; and the remedy open to the petitioner is to question the validity of the proceedings dated 29.1.2018 in appropriate legal proceedings.

The Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
