Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

At the admission stage, the following Order is passed: In the interest of justice, the Order dated 12.12.2014 in I.A.No.315 of 2014 in O.S.No.294 of 2009 on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam, is set aside and the petitioner/plaintiff is permitted to file rejoinder within one week from the date of this Order on payment of costs of Rs.300/- ( Rupees Three Hundred) to the District Legal Services Authority, Srikakulam. Failing which, this Order shall stand cancelled.

With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
