HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.39833 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.

2. Petitioner in this Writ Petition questions the action of 2nd respondent in suspending the petitioner's fair-price-shop dealership authorization vide proceedings dt.23-11-2015. Although the learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is innocent and has correctly supplied the rice, these are matters to be enquired into in the enquiry to be conducted under sub clause (5) of Clause (5) of the AP State Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008. 4.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry into the allegation against the petitioner by 29-02-2016 after giving personal hearing to the petitioner and after complying with

the principles of natural justice. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
