THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.1803 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, requesting fixation of compensation, petitioners herein submitted a representation on 19.06.2017 to the fourth respondent, but no action has been taken so far.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana), Sri Sarang Afzal Purkar, learned Standing Counsel for R1, and Sri N.Rajeswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for R2, that, if any such representation is pending consideration as on date, the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the fourth respondent to verify the representation, dated 19.06.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
