Jithender, learned Central Government Counsel has produced proceedings dated 12-08-2022 issued by respondent No.1 granting uplinking and down-linking permission for the petitioners for a period of 10 years with effect from 31-12-2018 to 30-12-2028. The said proceedings are placed on record. In view of the same, since the grievance of the petitioners is redressed and therefore, both the writ petitions are closed.
